  2. Going natural is always great even if it is not for stress management. That said, many people consume pills to reduce stress – even though they seemingly control stress the pills will surely induce some nasty side effects. But with “natural” food items, that is not the case 🙂 Nice list.

  4. I like your article because everything in your article about stress relief food items is true. I also prefer chocolates & nuts to get relief from stress. Eating a moderate amount of dark chocolate every day can help to reduce the hormones in your body that make you feel stressed.
