A very common thing among masses these days is “Stress”. Stress has become a common place in everyone’s part of life. Something which makes u feel so much, frustrated, that which disturbs both physical & mental health is stress!! When we feel threatened the body activates the fight-fight response causing hormones called adrenaline & cholesterol to surge through the body.
Every individual goes through this at various level be it children, youngsters or adults. Every person response to stress is different. Few may come up with it & few may not. Seriously , these emotions takeout health, energy, happiness. But the great news is, there are so many ways to get rid off stress. Like Yoga, meditation, good music, outdoor walk, positive thinking , proper diet..! Consuming healthy food is quite essential to maintain proper health.

Coming to nuts family almonds, apricots, hazelnuts, raisins are rich in fibre & carbohydrate. Apart from that they contain magnesium, selenium, vitamin c, calcium. All these are quite essential to reduce stress.
Cereals are the one which provide long lasting energy to the body. Cereals like oatmeal, bran flakes, muesli etc. Cereals are rich in magnesium, copper, potassium which is quite advantage to human nervous system.
Apart from maintaining healthy diet. Proper planned day to day schedule has to be followed. It’s good to indulge in activities like exercise, meditation, yoga, walk. Proper sleep & relaxation is very essential to have proper equilibrium in physical & mental health.
